HEALTH PROMOTION IN THE WORKPLACE

Health promotion in the workplace has been strategically anchored in the mission statement of the Medical University of Graz. Our slogan Sustainable. Living. Learning. Research. has been taken up as a guiding principle at the “University of Health” and imbued with life using the Biopsychosocial Model. The promotion of professional expertise and qualifications, strengthening and stabilising both bodily and psychological resources, designing and supporting social systems, and changing working conditions – these are all to be carried out in the creation of health, wellness and efficiency.
